The hotel had a nice outdoor pool and restaurant, perfect for lounging and dining. They even had live performances on a stage, adding some entertainment to the stay.
The only downside was that the rooms lacked windows, making fresh air a luxury. But who needs fresh air anyway, right?

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Lusaka called Palmwood Lodge. My purpose of travel was to attend a conference, and I stayed at the hotel for five nights. The staff at Palmwood Lodge were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They even provided a backup router for my room when there was a glitch with the internet. The hotel has beautiful gardens and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect escape from the bustling city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The lunches and dinners served at the hotel were delicious, and the staff, including David, Esther, Michael. Palmwood Lodge offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.
I do recommend this hotel.

The stage area for live performances was a great addition. The outdoor pool and landscaped gardens created a lovely atmosphere. The all-day a la carte restaurant and bar were convenient for dining and relaxation.
Who needs safety features like a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, security system, and first aid kit? Such unnecessary luxuries!

During my stay over Christmas, I was impressed with the friendly and efficient check-in process. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and showed me to my room, explaining all the amenities. The breakfast buffet included delicious eggs cooked to order, and the staff and chef were pleasant. The beautiful grounds of the hotel created a tranquil oasis in the middle of the bustling city. Plus, the free WiFi throughout the hotel was reliable and fast, allowing me to easily download files and stay connected.
That my room did not have enough windows, limiting the amount of fresh air and natural light. there were some issues with mosquitoes, as the windows needed to be closed at night to prevent bites.

The hotel had a stage for live performances, which was amazing because who doesn't love surprise concerts during their stay? Also, the free WiFi and parking were great, because we all know how much I love spending extra money on those things!
The extra bugs were such a delight, I just couldn't get enough of swatting them away. It's always nice to have a little extra company during meals and relaxation time, right?

We had a wonderful experience at Palmwood Lodge. This was our third stay and we have already booked again for August. the staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere without being pushy. the gardens are beautiful and provide a peaceful place to relax, and we enjoyed the added bonus of having a swimming pool. the location is convenient, especially for the airport, as it is a short distance away without having to navigate through city traffic.
Close to the Great North Road as well, although caution should be taken when driving at night due to the lack of street lights. Cons: Nothing not to love!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The friendly welcome we received from the staff made us feel right at home. Additionally, the location was perfect, providing easy access to both the airport and the city center.
The breakfast could use some improvement, as it lacked variety and was not restocked promptly. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of fresh fruits and hot beverages.
